What is LUGDEN?

LUGDEN is Denver’s premier short-term luggage storage and phone charging service. We provide hourly, daily, overnight and weekly bag storage as well as phone battery packs to go.

How does your service work?

1) Book a date and time to drop off your luggage and bags.

2) Pay online using a credit or debit card.

3) Drop off or pick up anytime between 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.

4) Walk-ups are always welcome.

What types of luggage do you store?

LUGDEN will store most any type of luggage – bags, backpacks, briefcases, purses, duffel bags, gym bags, skis, snowboards, golf clubs, hockey equipment, bicycles, pelican cases, and anything else you don’t want to carry around while enjoying your time.

What are your business hours?

Open hours:  spring/summer 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, everyday

fall/winter 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

After hours available until 9:00 pm.

When can I drop off my luggage or phone?

If you have made an online reservation, drop-off anytime between 9:00am – 6:00pm, even before or after your reservation time. WALK-UPS are always WELCOME.

What happens if I miss my drop-off day altogether?

If you miss your reservation day, you will have storage/charging credit for one (1) year minus a $3 cancellation fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations can be made 1 hour prior to your appointment time. Customers will be issued a credit in the amount listed on the invoice automatically applied to your account expiring within one year from date of booking. Cancellations can be made via phone at (303) 747-5600.

Can I just show up without a reservation and pay when I get there?

YES. While we recommending booking an online reservation prior to dropping off your luggage in order to ensure the quickest check-in, walk-ups are always welcome.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and US Cash Currency.

Do you accept credit cards and debit cards?

YES. we accept both credit and debit cards – Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

Do you accept cash?

YES. While we encourage online reservations using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express prior to dropping off your luggage and/or phone, we do accept walk-ins and cash payments.

How long can I store my luggage?

We provide short-term luggage storage with hourly, daily, overnight and weekly rates.

Do you offer overnight or long-term storage?

YES. We offer hourly, daily, overnight and weekly luggage storage.

What happens if I don't pick-up my luggage or phone by 7pm?

Business hours are 9:00 am – 6:00 pm everyday.

Pick-up times outside normal business hours are available at an additional charge.

Please call our main number – (303) 747-5600 to contact a staff member about scheduling an outside regular business hour pick-up or drop-off time.

Customers with bags left beyond the pickup dates will be contacted via email/phone/text and will accrue a late fee of $20/day/bag. If bag(s) are not picked-up within 2 days after the pickup date, items will be considered abandoned and discarded.

Do you offer early drop-off and late pick-up times?

Yes we do.

What kind of phones/tablets can you recharge?

Our portable battery packs can charge any iPhone, Android or electronic device.

LOOK FOR OUR MOBILE BAG CHECK VAN AT 17th ST & WYNKOOP

From Union Station

Directly across the street on Wynkoop. Look for our mobile bag check van.

From Civic Center / Downtown Denver

Take the FREE 16th Street MALL RIDE BUS towards Union Station to Wynkoop Street.

Exit bus at Wynkoop and walk down Wynkoop toward 17th Street.

Look for our mobile bag check van near 17th street.
